Using PLR To Drive Traffic To Your Product Site

PLR is an excellent form of active advertising. Or to say it better; PLR products are an excellent tool to use in your website advertising. Advertise a huge giveaway on your site and people will come. If all those “things” that you’re giving away come with a little blurb about your website they will take it away with them as well. Later on, when it’s used or read your blurb will still be there working to advertise your website. You’re also promoting goodwill, which can go a long way towards creating trust with potential customers.
Rewrite a PLR ebook, redo the sales page that may have come with it. Do a little niche research and create a list of relevant keywords, use a related PLR ebook and break it out into Articles for the main ebook. What do you now have? A little niche in a box that you can give away as an incentive for your email list. After that, of course, it’s up to you to write appealing emails to your new list in order to get them to come back for your main offer.
Now, lets take your PLR products OUT of the informational product realm. Let’s say that your an affiliate for designer handbags. Now you just happen to have a nice little PLR ebook on how to make your own bath and body products. Don’t you think that the potential customers your trying to target just might be interested in having those make-up recipes? Especially if it’s free? Or maybe your selling dog collars? How about giving away a PLR Ebook on dog training? The entire concept is not just limited to informational product customers.
When you use PLR products, for whatever you might be promoting, the one thing you want to be sure to do is update the links in it. You don’t want your potential customers clicking on links that aren’t yours – or even worse, clicking on links that are no longer active. It makes YOU look bad! Just read through the PLR ebook your going to be giving away and change them all to your own.
Using PLR in this way will ensure a steady stream of traffic to your site. Targeted traffic that is interested in what you have to offer (both the free PLR ebook AND your main product.
